Fritz Companies, a provider of global transportation logistics services,
wanted to give its 1999 annual report a theme and a stronger marketing
emphasis. Because results had not met targeted goals, we focused instead
on the company's newly articulated core values, which became the key message
on the cover and marketing pages. Project management by Kirshenbaum

Connecting the World, Person to Person Fritz knows that a global reach requires a personal
touch. Twenty-four hours a day, we meet and exceed our clients' demands
for flexible, consistent service between warehouse and airport, between
dock and distribution center. From Tel Aviv to Salt Lake City, from Dhaka
to Rotterdam, our worldwide network spans nearly 500 locationsmany
of them company-ownedin more than 115 countries. Our newest consolidation
center, near Yantian Port in southern China, is an excellent example of
Fritz's strategic vision: The center is located in one of Asia's fastest-growing
commercial areas, and the port itself is projected to double in size during
the next five years. More than points on a map, Fritz's global connectedness means global quality and a universally high standard of service. Skilled and experienced employees in each facility ensure that those core values translate to our clients' competitive advantagein any language. |
