C&H Sugar, synonomous with “pure cane sugar” and the best-selling sugar brand west of the Mississippi, considers home bakers to be its primary audience. The quarterly "Sweet Spot" column talks to this audience about food, family, and sharing traditions. A home baker myself since childhood, I feel a special pleasure in writing this column.
