e-Storm

This online marketing agency, founded in 1998, had an outstanding track record of helping its clients achieve their goals in lead generation and sales through banner ads, opt-in email, and other tactics. However, e-Storm’s own Web site had not been updated in several years. The content, which had been written in house, was inconsistent in format and vague; prospects often asked, "Just what is it you folks do?" Lacking altogether was information about the firm’s Canadian consulting arm, which offers distinctly different services from its U.S. counterpart.

I developed a brand voice for the firm that communicated experience, confidence, and intelligence. Headlines, sidebars, and concise case studies provide a clear picture of the firm’s offerings and benefits. The Canadian subsite shares the brand voice while addressing a very different target audience

"We needed to upgrade our image, strengthen our position, and develop a unified voice for our new web site. Wordworking delivered. Our story is now well told, indeed."

— William Gaultier, principal, e-Storm International Consulting
